All products at Thryve VSN are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligible claims:

• Item has a print defect or manufacturing error
• Wrong item received
• Item damaged in transit

To submit a claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a reprint or store credit as resolution.

Non-eligible returns:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Items returned without prior approval

As our products are custom-made to order, they are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)).
